The image sizes listed here will fit into standard frames with pre-cut mats, available at most local craft stores.
The base prices are for single-figure drawings with white background. Prices may vary, depending on complexity, added subjects, etc. After I see the photo I’ll be working with, I can quote you a final price. Please note that shipping is not included.

A clear, in-focus reference photo is a “must” for a great graphite portrait!
An ideal reference photo is a clear enough so that all the features remain in focus when zooming in on details.

The time frame for a completed commission will vary, depending on the complexity of details, size, and number of subjects. It may take from one to three months to complete a portrait. If you want the portrait for a gift or special occasion, please book as early as possible.
Regarding payment, there is a nonrefundable 30% deposit required before I begin your drawing, payable through Paypal or e-transfer. I’ll make a pencil sketch of the portrait and send a scan to you. Any changes can be easily made at this point. Upon your approval, I’ll complete the portrait and email you a scan of the finished work. Small adjustments can be made at this point. After your final approval, the remaining 70% of the price is due, plus shipping costs.
Your completed portrait will be wrapped in acid-free paper, backed with foam core, and enclosed in a well-padded box. It will be shipped by courier, insured, and with tracking provided.
